An architectural, asymmetric ring crafted in solid sterling silver, designed to sit comfortably across two fingers. A cantilevered arm extends across the second finger to support a brass bowl with a natural patina, which rotates smoothly on a hand-formed sterling silver rivet.
From end to end, the ring spans 40.40mm, giving it a strong sculptural presence. The brass bowl has a 25.19mm diameter and sits 8.4mm proud of the cantilevered arm, creating height, movement, and a warm contrast against the brushed silver.
Weighing 5.6 grams with an internal diameter of 19.60mm (approximately size S), this piece balances thoughtful engineering with expressive form.
This design is one of my signature pieces — created when I first returned to silversmithing, and the piece that made me fall back in love with the craft. I’ll continue to evolve this form as part of my wearable art range for years to come.
